Here are some common questions that we get asked. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have a question about attending one of our sessions – no question is a stupid one so ask away!
How do I book a session?
You can either book a session via our calendar or you can get in touch via our web form, via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), by phone or text (07974205870). If you book via our calendar, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of the session(s) you have booked.
Please ensure that you have completed and returned your health questionnaire before the session!
How do I pay for a session?
You can pay for a session by adding a product to your basket and then proceeding to the checkout. XXXXXXXX Alternatively you can pay at the session.
What do I need to bring to the session?
You should bring the following to any session:
Payment for the session (if you haven’t paid online)
What should I wear for a session?
You will need to wear the following to an exercise session:•Trainers•Supportive sports bra for the ladies•Whatever clothing you feel comfortable in – jogging bottoms, t-shirt, leggings, shorts, vest top
In the winter you may need: Gloves, hat (or something to protect your ears), a high visibility bib is a good idea, waterproof and layer up What if I can’t make a session I’ve booked onto? Please let us know as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend a session you are booked onto. In some cases, it may not be possible to refund you if the notice period is too short. We are very understanding though, so just get in touch and let us know so that we can rearrange your session and offer your place up to someone else.
